New Life Health Venture’s Mission

New Life Health Venture's Mission is to be a thought leader and influence and engage all elements of American society and culture to bring about healthcare that is worthy of the dignity of man. We believe that for healthcare to function properly, there is a need for: truth, privacy and choice and an acknowledgement of the dignity of man, reverence for the life-giving capabilities and creation of the human body and nature, a spirit of cooperation and facilitated communication of options and alternatives with complete transparency and no ulterior motives, proper standards, protection and safeguards, and room for hope and the power of prayer. There is no other way.

If we want to heal people and heal as people and heal as corporations and heal as a nation we must return to these guiding principles.

New Life Health Ventures calls to light new and best practices, such as the Veterans Administration’s revolutionary new “Whole Health” philosophy and approach to care. “Whole Health strives to eliminate the power structure in healthcare present in the doctor patient relationship and reflect “a radical reorientation from a strictly disease-oriented system to one based in “health creation”, looking beyond endpoints typically measured as a reduction of indications of disease to make measurement of well-being a primary outcome for the system. Whole Health features:

  • A shift from patient centered care to person centered care.
  • A shift from dictating to listening, learning and educating.
  • A shift from mass market approaches to one of thoughtful, tailored, choices where risks and benefits are clearly communicated.
  • A shift from referent power based care to one of factual dialog and options with noted strengths, weaknesses, potential consequences and limitations.

We propose and endorse better scrutiny of research, processes, methodologies, and of the FDA, NIH and NIMH, and advocate a closer link between researchers, providers, and patients. Covid has brought to light the problems, limitations, and lack of trust and integrity in the FDA and the NIH and their thinking, processes, decision making and communications. From an information sciences perspective these agencies are grossly lacking to the point of danger.

Renegade capitalism has no place in healthcare.  Healthcare is sacred.  As such we advocate that there be no publicly held companies in healthcare and that Federal grant money for research be for special purposes only and that institutions should self fund or obtain private funding for their research.
